I came to Bristol in December 2022 escaping war in Ukraine and the following hope of finding a safe place in the city's music community. I found expression for the powerful emotions which came with moving alone to a foreign country through my music. Having left all of my instruments in Ukraine when I left the country, I worked with only a single synthesizer, lent to me by my good friend Geoff from "Beak" band. Memories is not a typical album, it is a just diary of memories about love, war, loneliness and anxiety for an uncertain future.
